If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact us on 8100 7878.
We will normally either send you a refund or a replacement product.
Under most circumstances, we may ask you to return the goods so that we can understand the reason for your dissatisfaction and ensure that it does not happen again.
We would ask that all returned items are sent via a trackable postage service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Where tracked items become lost, we will honour any refund amount providing the printed receipt and tracking number can be produced. Items sent via standard post that become lost will not be refunded.
You must inform us if you intend to return an item, within a week of receiving your order. Money will be refunded to the card used to purchase, no later than 30 days from the processing date.
